One Key, Lda. is a linked and non-exclusive credit intermediary whose activity is to present and propose credit contracts to its customers and potential customers and provide assistance to consumers, by carrying out preparatory acts and pre-contractual management, namely providing prior consumers the assistance and clarifications necessary to understand a credit agreement.
One Key, Lda. complies with the following principles for processing personal data:
Lawfulness: personal data is processed to the extent that at least one of the conditions set out for lawful processing is met (i) when consent is provided by the data subject (ii) when intended for the presentation of credit proposals for consideration by financial entities and/or formalization of a contractual relationship (iii) to comply with legal obligations.
Minimization and limitation of conservation: only personal data that is appropriate and for the time necessary for the respective purposes will be processed;
Transparency: data subjects will be informed in a transparent manner about the main characteristics and protection measures of personal data, namely about the respective purposes of processing and possible transmission to third parties;

COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA
Although the user can browse this website without having to provide any personal information, whenever customers or potential customers wish to request information about products and processes, request our contact or submit credit proposals, the One Key, Lda., as a credit intermediary, you need to collect and process your personal data (namely, collect, register, organize, consult, store, transmit and/or delete), as Data Controller and considering the following grounds and for the following purposes:
Processing and sending to financial entities registered with Banco de Portugal, your personal data inserted in the proposal form, as well as copies of the documents uploaded, for the purposes of analyzing the credit application and, in case of approval, its formalization in a contract ;
To establish direct contact, as part of the preparation of the submitted credit application process;
To comply with the legal and regulatory obligations to which One Key is subject, namely those resulting from Decree-Law no. 81-C/2017 that regulates its activity and art. Data), as subcontractor of the financial entities to which it submits credit operations.
